And in the Supreme Court, a case was filed against it. The Supreme Court, which examined the case, said, 'The 2018 requirement for writing the Need for Examination is mandatory for the Central Government's Higher Education Department and the Human Resources Development Department. Aad is not mandatory for any national level selection like Need. Further, the Government Identity Identity Card should not be mandatory for examinations and state welfare schemes.
